I love September!
Even when I was young I loved this month. The chill in the air, color’s changing and school back in session.
Choose to make it wonderful.
Now, not all of my memories are happy regarding this month. The distance of time helps.
Make ‘choice’ a verb.
It is always easier said than done.
What will you create and look back on with fondness.
Choose to create a tradition that you will look forward to year after year.
~
There is so much to love about September! That is why I chose thisi pcture today.
I remember the fun of this month fondly as I reminisce.
There is a chill in the air as the month progresses. What I love most is the reminder that all things change and enjoy the here and now.
Happiness is what we choose!
Happiness is what we are and how we be.
Happiness is not a result. It is something we practice.
Happiness is what we choose for ourselves.
Know the opposite but choose Happiness!
There are some pieces of advice you never forget even though you don’t know it at the time.
For me one of them is the quote on this picture.
“Enjoy Where You Are Now.”
Seems simple enough but when I heard this I wasn’t in a place that I wanted to be.
But we only have now. Enjoy your journey.
Gladiola’s are the flower for August.
They remind me of summers growing up in Montana. My mother would give me a small patch of garden and we would plant Gladiola bulbs late in the spring. They would bloom in August each year and they were always beautiful!
I remember thinking, “I grew that”. Always amazed because we had such short summers and school and winter were around the corner.
As summer starts to come to a close, stop and explore the magic.
Monday. I know that there are many of us going ‘Ugghh, it’s already Monday!’.
And at times me included. But this Monday, let’s start the day thinking of what we’re grateful for instead of dreading the day.
Let’s decide to see what’s good in our lives.
Sunday! I love my morning coffee. Especially on Sunday.
Hopefully, I am at home.
Sunday is a day to recharge your soul and be grateful for all of your blessings.
Take a deep breath and relax. Enjoy your family, your friends, and a cup of coffee.
We are on the last Saturday of July! Oh, where dose the time go?
I’ve been enjoying this summer. It is full of possibility.
Theresa and I are going to be recording more podcasts soon and I hope you’ll give them a listen.
Be sure to watch for when we relaunch.
I hope you are enjoying your July.
I’m always more optimistic in the summer.
The longer day’s and warm sun remind me of summers of my youth. Summer vacation started in June and continued through September. There were weeks at the lake and trips to Calgary for the Stampede.
I choose to remember the memories that make me happier.
