Yes, Life is too short....

One of my closest friends just learned that one of her old friends just died. It was one of those illnesses that took her too soon.

She did not get to see her before it happened. Distraught, she is working through those feelings of regret about the troubled family life she had.

We cannot change the past. And the future does not mean to let those who do not deserve a place in it to be allowed to come back in but rather come to terms with choices.

I put the meme above not to be insensitive but to acknowledge that we cannot change what we do not acknowledge. We cannot change others and we many have to let go of that which drains us of who we are as people with our own challenges.

Love means doing what is best for ourselves.
